WHAT WE DO
MEDICAL NEGLIGENCE CLAIMS
Financial calculations that quantify losses suffered due to medical negligence. This can include loss of income of the injured party, loss of support of the dependents of a deceased or future medical expenses.
ROAD ACCIDENT FUND CLAIMS
Financial calculations for Loss of Earnings of the injured party or Loss of Support of the dependents of a deceased due to a road accident.
OTHER THIRD PARTY CLAIMS
Calculations of losses suffered for Personal Injury and Third-Party Liability claims, e.g. train accidents, wrongful arrests, dog bites, etc. This can include Loss of Income, Loss of Support and Future Medical Expenses.
LIFE AND HEALTHCARE INSURANCE CONSULTING
We boast resources with experience in Africa business, specifically product development and pricing of risk products. We have a team with a complimentary skill set that covers both technical and leadership roles. This allows us to leverage our combined experience to ensure quality outcomes.
MAINTENANCE CLAIMS AGAINTS A DECEASED ESTATE OR FOR DIVORCE MATTERS
We provide calculations for Maintenance Claims against Deceased Estates (including calculations in terms of the Maintenance of Surviving Spouses Act 27 of 1990), for Divorce or Trust matters, Accrual, as well as calculations for Living Annuities.
